These boots worked well as advertised. A recent snow and ice storm left the hilly street in front of my home with a multi-car accident. I was the only person able to get to all the cars to check on everyone until the salt truck arrived several hours later. I ordered the next size up from my shoe size as some of the reviews stated and my shoes still are tight, you may need to add 1 1/2 size up. Work boots add 2 1/2. I experienced a small amount of moisture in the bottom of both boots after several hours of use, however I feel it could have been sweat. Second use was winter camping, I swapped out my regular shoes for felt boot liners and wore them all day in snow and some ice and all was dry. They should add a felt liner as a accessory item. The included lug wrench has a pocket inside the boot half way up so it never gets lost, nice touch. I only had to tighten the lugs after the all day walking, and the extendable gators were perfect for the deep drifts I had to cross thru. DO NOT order the lugged model if you need to walk inside a building to get to a place to remove them, What makes them great for shoveling and crossing ice will also destroy a floor or be very slippery on tile floors. These are my new PAC boot replacements for Scout campouts.

I order for a crew of about 30 here in Alaska, we tried a pair of your NEOS about a year ago and loved them. The workers that use them work in -40 below with lots of snow and drifts. This over shoe is one of the best for walking on slick hard pack snow and ice, we will be ordering more in the future

Couldn't live without NEOS boots. I can wear my shoes/sandals with orthotics in these and hike any time of year. Puddles? Mud? No problem with these boots, just trudge right through and your feet stay warm and dry. The cleats make these my studded snow attire. They grip on wet and icy surfaces well. Plus the cleats are replaceable. I love these!

These boots are great. I have worn them over everything from house slippers to midheight hiking boots with no problems. The Stabilicer studs are easily removed and had to actually take some out to avoid damage to my snowshoes. I did not notice any loss in traction on ice after removing those 6 studs from the sole. I found flotation on deep snow much better with the Neos as well. The Velcro front closure is large and access into the boot is quick and easy. Taking them off is a cinch too. I would recommend these overshoes to anyone considering replacing their old winter or pack style boots. Do be careful though that you have a durable floor or carpeted area to donn the boots as floor scratches are inevitable. I drive a standard shift mid size SUV and had no trouble depressing the pedals of my car which I was concerned about. I am planning a hike into the Tuckermans Ravine area of Mt. Washington in a month and will definately have my Neos along for the trip.
