They've kept me warm when shoveling 3 feet of snow this past winter. I also wore them snow tubing and my feet stayed nice and dry and warm. I have the black pair so if I need to I can wear them to and from work. I will let you know if a few years if they fall about like my Columbian brand did (cheap).

They are indeed waterproof and extremely warm. I wear them with hiking socks and have stood on snow without having my toes go numb from the below zero temps. I am very pleased with these boots. They are warm, comfortable, and they keep my feet dry. The style also makes them very easy for slipping on and taking off. I went sledding for over 2 hours with these boots and never once were my feet wet or cold and the laces never came undone. The only complaint that I have is that the laces sometimes fall out of the top loops when I take the boots off.
